The seven countries in the "OPEC+" alliance that implement voluntary cuts kept the production levels for October 2026 unchanged from September.
The group includes Russia, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Oman, and Algeria.
According to the decision, Saudi Arabia's quota is 10.478 million barrels per day, Russia's is 9.949 million, Iraq's is 4.431 million, and Kuwait's is 2.676 million.
Kazakhstan's quota is 1.628 million, Algeria's is 1.007 million, and Oman's is 841,000, bringing the total to 31.01 million barrels per day, excluding quantities to compensate for previous overruns.
The seven countries reaffirmed their commitment to the Declaration of Cooperation, with their next meeting scheduled for October 4. This decision follows the gradual phase-out during September of an additional cut of 1.65 million barrels per day, or 1.5 million when excluding the UAE's quota.
