The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research issued an important notice today, Sunday, to students applying for centralized university admission for the academic year 2026–2027.
In a statement received by "Video News Agency," the ministry called on students applying for centralized university admission for the academic year 2026–2027 from graduates of preparatory studies, vocational education, Islamic studies, and other categories of students who do not have login information for the (Qudam Platform) application, to enter the application and select the option (I do not have login information) in order to generate an account and complete the incomplete data.
The ministry mentioned that "these procedures allow students to book an electronic appointment to visit the auditing and certification centers at nearby government universities, for the purpose of auditing the account and data and certifying them in preparation for applying to the centralized university admission channels when they are launched."
It indicated that "the auditing and certification centers include the nearby government universities (Baghdad, Al-Mustansiriya, Al-Tecnological, Basra, Mosul, Dhi Qar, Maysan, Wasit, Al-Muthanna, Kufa, Al-Qadisiyah, Babylon, Karbala, Anbar, Diyala, Tikrit, and Kirkuk) for certifying the account and data."
The ministry urged "the included students to start these procedures starting from Monday, September 21, 2026, and to complete the requirements for their accounts and data as part of the preparations for applying to the centralized university admission channels upon their launch."
