The Secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council, Ali Rezaei, emphasized today that security in the West Asia region must originate from within the region and that any foreign intervention should be prevented. He stressed the need for the Zionist entity to withdraw from South Lebanon, South Syria, the Gaza Strip, and the West Bank and to stop its aggressions. Rezaei stated in a statement reviewed by the News Video Agency that regional cooperation should have begun long ago, indicating that the visit of senior officials from Turkey, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia demonstrated that American threats do not significantly affect the countries of the world. He added that the results of the Iranian people's resistance are increasingly manifesting day by day, noting that senior officials from Turkey, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia have seen that the solution to the region's issues lies in the cooperation and solidarity of the four countries. Rezaei reaffirmed that the participating parties have come to the conclusion that security in West Asia must originate from within the region, and it was emphasized that the Zionist entity must withdraw from South Lebanon, South Syria, the Gaza Strip, and the West Bank and cease all its aggressions.
