The exchange rates of the US dollar against the Iraqi dinar rose this morning, Sunday, in the markets of Baghdad and Erbil, compared to the prices from yesterday, Saturday.
A correspondent for the News Video Agency reported that the dollar prices in the Kifah and Harithiya exchanges in Baghdad reached 156,500 dinars for 100 dollars, after being 156,350 dinars yesterday.
In local markets, the selling price of the dollar in exchange shops in Baghdad increased to 157,000 dinars for 100 dollars, while the buying price reached 156,000 dinars.
In Erbil, the dollar also saw an increase, with the selling price reaching 156,450 dinars for 100 dollars, compared to 156,400 dinars for the buying price.
This rise comes amid ongoing fluctuations in the exchange rates of the dollar in the local Iraqi markets.
