The exchange rates of the US dollar rose in the markets of the capital Baghdad and in Erbil with the closure of trading on Tuesday evening.
A correspondent from the Video News Agency reported that the dollar prices in the Kifah and Harithiya stock exchanges in Baghdad increased to record 157,500 Iraqi dinars for every 100 dollars, after recording 157,000 Iraqi dinars this morning.
He pointed out that the selling prices in currency exchange shops in the local markets of Baghdad also increased, where the selling price reached 158,000 dinars for every 100 dollars, while the buying price recorded 157,000 dinars.
In Erbil, the dollar prices also increased, with the selling price reaching 157,550 dinars for every 100 dollars, and the buying price at 157,500 dinars for 100 dollars.
