The aircraft carrier "George Washington" is alone in the Middle East.

The American network "Fox News" reported on Tuesday evening that two large American military ships have left the Middle East after months of deployment there.

The network said in a news report reviewed by the "News Video Agency" that the aircraft carrier "USS George H. W. Bush," which has been deployed in the region since April, and the destroyer "USS Delbert D. Black," stationed there since the beginning of the year, have arrived in Thailand as part of port visits.

It added that the aircraft carrier "USS George Washington" is currently the only American aircraft carrier in the Middle East, having arrived in the region in August to replace the "USS Abraham Lincoln," which is scheduled to return to its home port in San Diego.

According to "Fox News," the number of American military ships currently in the Middle East is about 17 vessels, a level slightly lower than the number before the outbreak of war with Iran eight months ago.

The network indicated that the "USS George H. W. Bush" is expected to sail back to the Middle East in the coming weeks.
