The first round of the Beach Soccer League kicks off today, Thursday, with five matches scheduled over five days, featuring ten teams aiming for a positive start in their quest for the title.
The defending champion, Al-Masafi team, begins its journey by facing the Tourism team at 4 PM at the Ministry Stadium, while tomorrow, Friday, the Police Mechanisms team will face Al-Rad Al-Sari at the same venue.
The round continues on Saturday with a match between Samarra and Youth of Iraq at the Ministry Stadium, while the Nile team hosts its competitor Al-Jawhara at its field on Sunday.
The first round matches will conclude on Monday with a meeting between last year's runner-up, Al-Masafi Al-Junoob team, and Umm Qasr team, marking the end of the opening round of the tournament.
