Four Palestinians were martyred and others were injured, including a child, today Saturday, due to airstrikes and attacks from Israeli drones on the cities of Gaza and Deir al-Balah.
The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital reported the martyrdom of one person and the injury of others due to an attack from an Israeli drone on the city of Deir al-Balah.

According to the Anadolu Agency, a Turkish news agency, a medical source reported the martyrdom of two Palestinians and injuries to others due to an attack by an Israeli drone targeting a civilian gathering in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in eastern Gaza City.
Prior to this, Palestinian Majed Sabagh (36 years old) was martyred in an attack by an Israeli drone near the Dar Al-Arqam school in the same neighborhood, according to the same source.
In the central Gaza Strip, a medical source reported the injury of a 3-year-old girl due to Israeli military vehicles firing towards Palestinian homes in eastern Deir al-Balah.
In the Shuja'iyya neighborhood in eastern Gaza City, eyewitnesses reported that the Israeli occupation army carried out, at dawn on Saturday, two demolitions of buildings and facilities in areas it occupies, leading to the sound of two violent explosions.
Local sources and eyewitnesses also reported that the occupation army opened heavy fire towards areas southeast of Deir al-Balah, and east and south of Khan Yunis city in the southern Gaza Strip.
These attacks come amid ongoing Israeli breaches of the ceasefire agreement in effect since October 10, 2025, following two years of a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip.

6 martyrs within 48 hours
For its part, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced the martyrdom of 6 Palestinians during the past 48 hours and the addition of "67 martyrs" whose data was completed to the toll of the victims of the Israeli genocide, raising the total since October 2023 to "74,469 martyrs".
The ministry stated in a daily statistical report that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received over the past 48 hours "6 new martyrs, and 43 injured," due to the ongoing Israeli aggression.
Despite the ceasefire agreement taking effect on October 10, 2025, Israel continues its aggression on the Gaza Strip with bombing, gunfire, and demolition operations.
The breaches of the agreement by Israel have resulted in "1,511 martyrs and 5,375 injured," according to the Ministry of Health.
The ministry also indicated that it added "67 martyrs" to the cumulative casualty statistics after completing their data and it being approved by the government martyr approval committee.
It clarified that the toll of victims of the Israeli genocide since October 2023 has thus risen to "74,469 martyrs and 175,492 injured".
