The Meteorological Authority announced today, Thursday, the details of the weather condition in the country for the coming days, expecting continued cloudy skies and scattered rain showers in several provinces, alongside a gradual decrease in temperatures and active winds that may cause dust storms in some areas.
The authority mentioned in a statement monitored by the news agency that the weather on Thursday will be partly cloudy to cloudy across the country, with chances of scattered rain showers which may occasionally be thunderous, while temperatures will experience a slight drop compared to the previous day, with light to moderate southeastern winds.
It added that the weather on Friday will be partly cloudy in various regions, with continuing chances of scattered rainfall, while temperatures will remain close to the levels of the previous day.
It pointed out that Saturday will see partly to mostly cloudy weather, with scattered rain showers possibly accompanied by lightning and thunder in various parts of the country, as well as a general decrease in temperatures.
In this context, the authority anticipated renewed activity of the weather condition on Friday, with a possibility of rainfall varying in intensity, which could reach heavy in some areas, especially in the north of the country and parts of the southern region.
Forecasts urged caution while traveling, especially in areas experiencing heavy rainfall or reduced horizontal visibility due to dust and unstable weather conditions.
