After his exclusion, the judicial body officially reinstates Hussein Arab to the elections

The Judicial Election Commission announced on Sunday the reinstatement of MP Hussein Arab to the electoral race, after his disqualification days earlier due to the submission of an invalid academic certificate.

A document issued by the Judicial Election Commission, a copy of which was obtained by Video News Agency, revealed details of the decision to reinstate the candidate. It explained that the decision was made because verifying the submitted documents and consulting with relevant authorities "could be lengthy due to the nature of the investigation," and that these procedures conflicted with the approaching election date.

The Commission affirmed that the reinstatement decision was also issued to ensure fair competition, equality, and equal opportunities for all candidates, and to allow those affected the right to appeal the Commission's decisions.
