The National Committee for Prisoner Affairs in Yemen condemned today, Monday, what it described as a "crime of execution of prisoners" from the Ansar Allah group and "running them over alive" by Saudi forces at the outskirts of Al-Dhubab district, and the dissemination of brutal footage on their affiliated media.

The committee stated in a statement published by the "Al-Masirah" channel, which was reviewed by the "Video News Agency," that "this crime represents a heinous war crime that reveals the true face of the Saudi regime and its mobilizations, which bears full moral and legal responsibility for this horrific crime, as it is the party that adopted and announced this battle."

The media was called to play their role in exposing these crimes and unmasking their perpetrators before global public opinion, as well as urging local and international organizations to "condemn these atrocious crimes and take effective action to pursue the perpetrators so that they receive their due punishment."

Videos circulated on social media show horrific scenes documenting the execution of several prisoners of the Yemeni armed forces by shooting and being run over by armored vehicles on the outskirts of Al-Dhubab district.

The Yemeni government forces loyal to Saudi Arabia announced the start of a military operation described as "strategic" toward the capital, Sana'a, confirming the use of modern capabilities in the attack, while the Saudi-led Aggression Coalition announced the participation of 100 fighter jets in the operation and the destruction of 324 "high-value" targets.
