Revealing forgery and transfer of ownership of properties belonging to the affiliates of the overthrown regime in Salah al-Din.

The Real Estate Registration Authority in the Ministry of Justice revealed today, Tuesday, the discovery of forgery and illegal transfer of ownership of several properties belonging to the affiliates of the fallen regime in Salah al-Din Governorate dating back to 2007.

The Ministry of Justice stated in a statement received by the Al-Fideo news agency that the discovery of these violations came as part of the periodic follow-up and auditing procedures carried out by the Real Estate Registration Authority to protect property rights and preserve official records. It pointed out that Minister of Justice Khaled Shawani directed that necessary legal measures be taken and all those involved in the forgery operations be referred to the relevant judicial authorities.

The statement emphasized that the Ministry of Justice will continue to monitor cases of manipulation and forgery in all real estate transactions and impose legal penalties on anyone proven to be involved, which contributes to protecting real estate ownership and maintaining the integrity and accuracy of official records in the country.
