The Ministry of Justice announced today, Sunday, the completion and disbursement of 125,335 executive files during the month of October 2026, confirming its ongoing efforts to expedite the processing of citizens' transactions and improve work procedures in the execution directorates.
The ministry mentioned in a statement received by the Fadyo News Agency that "the Execution Directorate completed and disbursed (125,335) executive files during the month of October, as part of its efforts to accelerate the processing of citizens' transactions and follow up on executive procedures according to the established legal frameworks."
The statement added that "the Execution Directorate in Al-Bayaa in Baghdad completed and disbursed (5,594) executive files, while Babil Governorate ranked first among the provinces in terms of the number of completed files, with (14,009) files."
It pointed out that the staff working in the execution directorates in Baghdad and the provinces continue to process transactions and follow up on decisions and executive procedures, contributing to their speedy resolution and ensuring accuracy and smooth procedures.
The ministry confirmed its continued efforts to develop the execution system and elevate the level of services provided to citizens, enhancing performance efficiency and ensuring transactions are completed with the required speed and accuracy.
