Recently published in both Arabic and English, the book "The Emergence of a New Global System" reviews the life and memoirs of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Sayyid Mojtaba Khamenei. It begins with his memories during the war between Iran and the regime of the late Saddam in Iraq, when he was a young man participating in the front lines despite being afflicted by illness, and his progression in the struggle until he became a central figure in regional events.
The book addresses the developments and events that the region witnessed following the American-Zionist aggression against Iran in 2026, which resulted in the martyrdom of Commander Ali Khamenei. It outlines how the calculations of Washington and Tel Aviv regarding the regime's collapse were shattered, with millions taking to the streets to condemn the aggression and demand revenge, as well as the leadership's ability to guide the country through and force opponents to cease hostilities after inflicting heavy losses on them.
Additionally, the book elaborates in its initial sections on the structure of the Islamic Republic, the status and powers of the leadership, and the mechanism for its selection, alongside the role of the Assembly of Experts in choosing the new leader. It then systematically traces the journey and life of Mojtaba Khamenei, his intellectual system, and his strategic messages, concluding with an insider’s perspective through a special interview that unpacks his fundamental ideas and worldview.
The book identifies five inevitable signs of the new world order, which include the possibility of defeating superpowers similar to the collapse of the Soviet Union, the rise of emerging powers after Iran successfully shatters the prestige of two nuclear-armed armies, the inability of U.S. military bases in the region to ensure Washington's security, the complete erosion of the prestige of the U.S. Navy, and the retreat of its aircraft carriers from territorial waters, in addition to the reluctance of traditional American allies, European countries, and NATO to respond to requests for participation in the war, thereby transforming the Islamic Republic into a major axis for changing international equations.
