The House of Representatives adjourns its session.

The House of Representatives concluded its session held today, Thursday, under the chairmanship of Parliament Speaker Mohammed al-Halbousi, with the attendance of 243 deputies.

A parliamentary source told the Video News Agency that "today's parliamentary session included the completion of the first reading of the draft law for ratifying the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Sultanate of Oman regarding mutual exemption for holders of diplomatic, special, and service passports," noting that the session also included the completion of the first reading of the draft law for the Food and Drug Authority.

He added, "The House of Representatives also completed the report and discussion of the draft law for ratifying the strategic partnership treaty between the Republic of Iraq and the French Republic, as well as completing the report and discussion of the draft law for the Republic of Iraq's ratification of the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation.
