The exchange rate of the US dollar against the Iraqi dinar rose on Tuesday morning in the markets of Baghdad and Erbil, reaching levels higher than yesterday's prices.
A reporter from the News Video Agency stated that the dollar recorded in the Kifah and Al-Harithiya stock exchanges in Baghdad at 159,800 dinars for every 100 dollars, up from 159,050 dinars on Monday.
In local markets, the selling price of the dollar in exchange shops reached 160,250 dinars for every 100 dollars, while the buying price was 159,250 dinars.
In Erbil, the dollar recorded 159,800 dinars for selling and 159,750 dinars for buying for every 100 dollars.
This increase comes amid ongoing fluctuations in the dollar exchange rates in local markets.
