The Meteorological Authority announced today, Monday, details of the weather conditions in the country for the coming days, predicting a new rise in temperatures.
The authority stated in a statement received by the News Video Agency that "the weather on Tuesday and Wednesday will be generally clear except for the northern sections of the northern region, which will be partly cloudy, with temperatures rising slightly in the central and northern regions and similar in the southern region."
The statement continued, stating that "the maximum temperatures for tomorrow, Tuesday, in all provinces of Iraq are as follows: Duhok 36, Sulaymaniyah and Kirkuk 39, Erbil 38, Nineveh, Anbar, Salah al-Din, Baghdad, and Babel 40, Diwaniya and Karbala 41, Wasit and Najaf 42, Diwaniya and Al-Muthanna 43, Maysan 46, and Dhi Qar and Basra 44."
It added that "the weather on Thursday will be generally clear, with temperatures rising slightly in the central and southern regions and being similar in the northern region."
It pointed out that "on Friday, the weather will be generally clear, with temperatures being similar in the central and northern regions and rising slightly in the southern region."
