Joint meeting between the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service Council to discuss structures and job frameworks.

The Ministry of Finance and the Federal Civil Service Council held a joint meeting today, Thursday, at the ministry's headquarters to discuss activating the tasks assigned to the council and unifying organizational structures and job ranks in government institutions.

The Ministry of Finance stated in a statement received by the Video News Agency that the meeting included the Director General of the Administrative and Financial Department, Sadiq Huwaidi Abbas, and the Deputy Chairman of the Federal Civil Service Council, Ahmad Awda Muhammad, who attended to discuss mechanisms for organizing administrative structures and determining job ranks in line with government work requirements.

It added that the meeting included discussions on ways to enhance coordination in related files to improve performance efficiency and develop the administrative and financial work system, where Huwaidi emphasized the ministry's commitment to strengthening cooperation, as clarity of structures and accuracy of ranks are fundamental in raising performance efficiency.

For his part, the Deputy Chairman of the Federal Civil Service Council confirmed the importance of continuing joint work to update the administrative and financial frameworks to enhance the organization of governmental work and improve performance levels.
