The Meteorological Organization announced today, Friday, the details of the weather condition in the country for the coming days, while predicting a rise in dust and a decrease in temperatures.
A statement from the organization received by the News Video Agency mentioned that "tomorrow, Saturday, the weather will generally be clear with some clouds in the northern region, and temperatures will rise slightly compared to the previous day."
The statement continued that "the maximum temperatures for tomorrow, Saturday, in all provinces of Iraq are as follows: Duhok 36, Sulaymaniyah 38, Erbil and Nineveh 39, Kirkuk and Anbar 40, Salah al-Din 42, Baghdad, Diyala, and Babil 43, and Karbala and Najaf and Wasit 44, and Diwaniyah 45, Muthanna and Dhi Qar 46, and Missan and Basra 47."
It added that "on Sunday, the weather will be clear with some clouds in general, and temperatures will be similar to the previous day."
It noted that "next Monday, the weather will be clear with some clouds in the central and southern regions and partly cloudy in the northern region, with sporadic rainfall especially in its northern sections, and northwesterly winds of moderate speed will strengthen in the central and northern regions, stirring up dust, with temperatures dropping several degrees in the central and northern regions while remaining similar in the southern region."
It clarified that "on Tuesday, the weather will be generally partly cloudy, and temperatures will drop slightly in the central and northern regions and decrease several degrees in the southern region."
