Baghdad – The Iraqi artist Samia Al-Rahmani revealed her participation in the filming of the new Kuwaiti series "Street of the Arabs," which combines drama, suspense, and mystery, portraying an Iraqi character who faces life with strength alongside a selection of stars from Gulf drama.
Al-Rahmani stated in a special comment followed by the news agency video that she is currently participating in the filming of the work, which is written by Sawsan Darwish, produced by Adel Al-Yahi, and directed by Munir Al-Zoubi. The cast includes Maram Al-Balooshi, Abdul Rahman Al-Aql, Hamad Ashkani, Fahd Al-Banai, and Badr Al-Shaibi.
She added that the events of the series are filmed between Kuwait and several European countries, explaining that the work carries a dose of suspense and mystery, along with diverse dramatic lines and characters whose stories intersect within events filled with surprises.
Regarding her role in the series, Al-Rahmani clarified that she portrays the character "Yasmin," a spontaneous and endearing young Iraqi woman who has gone through difficult life circumstances but managed to transform those experiences into strength and positive energy, becoming a source of support and goodness for those around her.
She noted that Yasmin's character will reveal multiple and surprising aspects as the events unfold, asserting that the audience will experience a journey full of situations and developments that reveal a new side of her personality at every turn.
"Street of the Arabs" is one of the new Gulf drama works that bets on mixing suspense and mystery with social drama, while Al-Rahmani's latest dramatic participation was through the series "My Name is Hassan," which aired on the Iraqi channel during last Ramadan.
