A major operation ends with the seizure of 100 devices for detecting artifacts and metals.

Today, Friday, the Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Interior conducted a security operation that resulted in the arrest of a suspect trading in prohibited devices used for detecting artifacts and metals, and seized 100 devices in his possession.

The agency stated in a statement received by "Video News Agency" that the operation was based on accurate intelligence information and extensive field monitoring, which led to the identification of the suspect and his apprehension in the act with the prohibited devices in his possession.

It added that necessary legal procedures have been taken against the suspect and he has been detained under Article 44 of the Antiquities and Heritage Law, while investigations continue under judicial supervision to uncover the details of the case and the parties involved.
